I got this magnetic knife holder as a present for my husband to show off his new Santoku knives. I was kinda let down because I thought the magnets would be more powerful. You can't really put any knives at the edges of the holder. It's well constructed, and I do like the item; it just didn't live up to my hopes about the magnet strength. The delivery was fast, but the packaging felt a bit weak.

The second item I got was a lovely magnetic knife block, which unfortunately got damaged during shipping, but they replaced it swiftly and without any hassle.

The knife we got is really high quality and feels like a work of art. Sadly, we ended up with the incorrect color, but Kamila from customer service went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. All in all, it was a solid experience, and I’d definitely suggest Japana to any knife enthusiast.

Japana knives are the best I have ever had. Not only are they excellent for chopping but they’re also absolutely gorgeous. I gotta say, the utensil holder I got is just gorgeous. It took a bit for shipping, but you know what? Totally worth it! When the package arrived, I was a bit anxious thinking it might be too tiny, but it turned out just right! The quality is stunning and really well crafted. The only tweak I made was adding some little feet to lift it slightly off the counter, just to avoid any oil or spills.

The utensil holder that I ordered is beautiful. Shipping did take some time but was worth the wait! When I finally received the item I was honestly nervous that it looked too small but it was perfect! The craftsmanship is beautiful and well made. The only thing I added were small feet to keep it a little elevated off of the counter from potential oil or spills.
